A video has been circulating online  showing Osun House of Assembly Majority leader, Hon, Timothy Owoeye bathing in the market in the middle of the night for  ritual purposes.

Timothy Owoeye who represents Ilesa West  in Osun State House of Assembly was arrested by night guards in Osunjela, a satellite town in Osogbo.
